Beth Scaysbrook

Chair

Alexis Goldfinch

Alexis is a highly experienced commercial lawyer who focuses on providing quality legal services to entrepreneurs and businesses in the early stages of their corporate journey.

Alexis previously was Head of Legal at quoted Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services and software solutions. Alexis enjoys helping companies understand the key legal challenges and risks facing them and helping them to build and grow their business with a solid legal framework in place.

A particular area of interest for Alexis is assisting companies in identifying the opportunities and benefits that derive from a company’s ESG obligations. Alexis enjoys working with ethical companies that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and take their ESG practices seriously.

In her spare time, Alexis enjoys reading, boating, playing tennis and keeping fit.

Daniel Feeney

Daniel has experience in ESG across research, investment, reporting, and regulation. Daniel is a Senior Analyst at Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on the energy transition, where he is responsible for ESG in the investment process across Quinbrook’s global portfolio. 

Daniel previously worked in investment management consulting with a focus on fintech, data and analytics.  He has further experience in clean energy investment at Longspur Capital, and in ESG supporting the development of an ESG benchmarking and reporting start-up.

Daniel holds an MSc in Climate Change Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh Business School, as well as a BA in History from the University of Warwick.

Sonia Nath

Sonia is passionate about making a positive environmental and social impact through her work and pursuits outside of work. She works in Investment Stewardship at Investec Wealth and Investment Ltd. in London, using the power of capital markets to drive positive real-world outcomes. 

Sonia’s remit includes proxy voting and engaging with investee companies, to generate long term value for clients and drive improvements in environmental, social and governance factors. Sonia is keen to add value to AIM-quoted companies by supporting Addidat in an advisory capacity, providing market insights and subject matter expertise. Previously, Sonia spent five years consulting for several asset and wealth managers to deliver transformation across the operating model, including advising on best practice responsible investment processes.

Sonia loves to cook, do yoga and travel with friends. She also enjoys spending her spare time on not-for-profit organisations and has volunteering experience with The Diana Award, Ocean Generation and Barnardo’s.

Davina Goodall-Smith

Davina has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across Asset Management, Asset Servicing and Wealth Management, and has lived and worked in the UK, Europe and Asia. She is an experienced COO, Executive Board Director, and ESG Board Committee Chair, and has held a wide range of senior commercial, transformational change and operational roles.

Davina is an active sponsor of ESG initiatives, and has direct experience of introducing ESG strategy, governance and organisational design into an organisation, and of implementing ever-evolving ESG regulatory change. She has also designed and chaired a Board level ESG Committee. She is a passionate sponsor of DE&I initiatives, and a regular speaker and panellist at industry events. Davina is also a Lay Trustee (ESG) at The Royal College of Anaesthetists.

In her spare time, Davina enjoys a challenge, and has completed the Marathon des Sables, a 150+ mile ultra marathon across the Sahara desert, described as “the toughest footrace on earth”. She loves swimming and hiking, and has recently taken up Muay Thai kickboxing.
