Prior to joining Addidat, Harry held positions as an Associate within the Environmental Technologies Fund of Hambro Perks and as the EMEA ESG Regulatory Lead for Nikko Asset Management.

Harry's focus is on leading and supporting our ESG project deliveries, SME input on ESG regulations and standards and providing advice on the practical application of ESG data within investment management.

He is experienced in helping firms and clients ensure compliance whilst building their ESG capabilities and strategy. Harry is passionate about the role that decision making, informed by ESG data, plays in informing investments into essential environmental and social solutions.
