Nina is the Founder and CEO of Addidat. She has extensive experience in C-suites roles, NED positions and independent board advisory roles for AIM-listed businesses.

Nina is an experienced consulting and fintech executive, having spent approximately 15 years at AIM-listed Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services. This included the roles of Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive of Alpha Data Solutions.

Nina holds Non-Executive Director (NED) positions at LendInvest - an AIM-listed lending asset management platform, Wilton & Bain – a private speciality executive search firm, and Hatch – a sustainability focused digital skills provider

Nina was previously a NED at an award-winning sustainability and ESG software solution - Greenstone+

Nina enjoys running, yoga, walking her dog whilst listening to podcasts and watching her sons play sport. She loves to travel, and her favourite holiday pastimes include skiing, hiking and scuba diving.

Beth is the Chief Client Officer at Addidat. Her key focus is to understand each client’s individual needs, the specific challenges and opportunities that ESG presents them; and to adapt our services and advice accordingly.

Beth is highly skilled in building strong and long-lasting client relationships and considers a successful client experience to be collaborative, honest and enjoyable as well as bespoke, good value and time efficient.

Beth deeply values the goals of ESG and the opportunity with Addidat to support boards of AIM-listed companies to navigate their unique path through the complicated ESG landscape and succeed in their delivery of ESG strategies.

Beth was previously a Director of AIM-quoted Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services. Beth has spent over 14 years working with C-suite clients, advising and assisting them to better understand and then solve their most complex business challenges.

Beth loves an adventure and in her spare time can be found anywhere from the top of a mountain to the sandy coves of the Outer Hebrides with her two whippets by her side.

Sunny is a Senior Data Engineer at Addidat. With 7 years of experience as a software engineer spanning across the consulting and fintech industries, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to Addidat.

Sunny approaches challenges in a scientific manner, applying an analytical and logical mindset to his work. With his wide experience and knowledge of data and cloud technologies, he will enable Addidat to accelerate and build out an industry-leading solution.

Sunny has a passion for sustainability and the natural environment. Coupled with his technical expertise, he is driven to support companies to transition to a more sustainable mode of operation. Through data-driven insights and targeted recommendations, Addidat will be able to assist AIM-listed companies to focus on the changes that matter most.

Sunny holds a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London and has worked across a range of industries, and with high-profile companies to deliver software solutions.

When not writing code, Sunny enjoys spending his time with friends and family, doing anything from travelling to challenging them on his driving simulator. He is an avid sports fan, and follows cricket, F1 and Premier League football.

Matilda is an analyst at Addidat. She focuses on both the analysis of the data used to inform and advise small-cap companies on best practice for their ESG strategy and creating content for firms to include in their environmental disclosures. Her experience includes calculating carbon footprints in line with the GHG protocol, supporting TCFD and climate related risk analysis and assessing Net Zero target strategies against best practice frameworks. She is responsible for our sales and marketing campaign management as well as coordinating Addidat's Net Zero strategy and carbon footprint calculation.

Matilda graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First Class honors degree in Psychology and is studying towards her CFA ESG certificate. She is passionate about sustainability and employee wellbeing in the workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, art, hiking and travelling.

Livvie is a Client Director at Addidat. Her dual focus is to build long term relationships via the delivery of high quality relevant ESG data and advice for our clients and to help evolve the technology that sits around our data set to ensure all those who might benefit from deeper insight into the Small Cap ESG landscape, can access it.

Prior to joining Addidat, Livvie was an Associate Director at AIM-quoted Alpha FMC and spent 8 years delivering trusted advice and developing pragmatic technology solutions for the investment management industry. She is passionate about the impact that accessing accurate, expert data has in accelerating a firm’s progress to becoming a more responsible business.

Outside of work, Livvie is desperately seeking a permeant hobby - current favorites are yoga, tennis and a brief attempt as surfing. She also volunteers with Oundle Mencap Holidays & Green Frog Holidays.
